This project will help the citizens to spend less budget and reduce time for processing litigation in the only one Appellate Court in Phnom Penh Capital. |

Plant to build 5 Regional Appellate Courts in Preah Sihanouk ,Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. |

According to the legal and judicial reform strategy of the fifth legislature of Royal Government, Cambodia has to establish 5 more Regional Appellate Courts. therefor, the ministry plans to build 4 Regional Appellate Court in Phnom Penh Capital. |

Parties in dispute, judges, prosecutors, and courts clerks who live in these 3 regions are direct benefit, and the citizen in these 5 regions are indirect benefit. |
