These 3 courts and prosecution offices of first instances have to have suitable building for work and court trial to promote the quality and the effectiveness of judicial service for the citizen. |

Build new 3 buildings for courts and prosecution offices of first instances that have not had enough rooms trial, judges, prosecutors, and court clerks in Svay Rieng, Ratanakiri, and Takeo |

According to the legal and judicial reform strategy of the fifth legislature of the royal government. |

Parties in dispute, judge, prosecutors, and court clerks who live in the 8 provinces are direct benefit, and citizen in these 3 provinces are indirect benefit. |
