1. Restoration of climate resilient community irrigation systems
2. Climate-resistant inter-community roads

There were severe floods (Tonle Sap), Heavy rain and Flood sharply (Touk Meas - Phnom Kreung), Extreme drought (dry season), Storm and stormy wind (rainy season) |

- The effect of higher domestic revenues
- To increase employment opportunities and reduce migration
- Improve food security, safety, security and regional tourism
- Get better services for rural families |

- Road surfaces can be cut off by temporary air pollution
- Adjust the direction of the flow of water and expand the waterway through the roads
