1. Research data/Information related to the socio-economic in the Tonle Sap basin Region
2. Research data/Information related to the environment and natural resource in the Tonle Sap basin Region
3. Analyze data related to the economic, social, environment and natural resource in the Tonle Sap basin Region
4. Formulate the State of Tonle Sap Basin related to socio-economic ,environment, and natural resource in the Tonle Sap region.
4. Prepare the regulation document to limit the scope of Tonle Sap Region
5. Formulate Strategic Plan
6. Consultation meetings Training and Dissemination. |

1. Technical documents as a basis for preparing policy ,strategy ,project / program and every action plan of the government in the management, conservation and development in The Tonle Sap Region
2. Support for the policy (Policy Maker) and decision making (Decision Maker)
3.To strengthen the capacity building of stakeholders for research and expand understanding of the state of Tonle Sap related to socio-economic , environment and natural resources in the Tonle Sap Basin region.
