The objective of the project is to continue develop all types of the infrastructure network including the urban infrastructure to become the lively, safe, and transparent logistics system in order to lower the logistics cost to the level where Cambodia could compete with the neighboring countries as well as to enhance the national economic competency and the people welfare. |

Sihanoukville Logistics Complex is a logistic zone development project which focuses on logistics service operation for trucking companies and consists of truck parking area and goods distribution center. The project also supports the businesses in the field of goods transportation by increase the logistics activity more effectively. |

- Sihanoukville Autonomous Port operation size is relatively small
- Transportation system and facility in the port is limited
- Distribution center is needed
