1. The new port construction has a length of 60m x 40m and a concrete floor of 100m2 in Prek Koy commune, Saing district, Kandal province. 2. Constructing entrance and exit-docking 3. Construct a container parking lot 4. Shipbuilding - Shipwreck 5. Construction of administrative offices and maintenance workshops.

The project is an important part, as there is no port for transporting cargo and agro-industrial crops in the area.
