GDR’s official will be sent to participate in the training on human resources management by IT system where the donor country determines. |

-GDR does not have human resources management by IT system in the rubber sector.
-Support the RGC's National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP), Agricultural Strategic Development Plan (ASDP) and Strategy for Natural Rubber Development in Cambodia 2011-2020
