The determination and evaluation of the agro-industrial zones is crucial for promoting agribusiness investment. It provides data on the co-size and potential of agro-processing enterprises in each area to facilitate agro-industry development.

1. Produce a map identifying potential areas for agricultural production serving agricultural and agro-industry investment 2. Collect, analyze, and analyze data to create DATABASE for potential producers, agricultural production areas, and potential agricultural products, aiming to direct the agricultural and agro-industry investment. 3. Set up a National Information Center to disseminate data on potential producers of agricultural production areas and potential for agro-industrial products for investment orientation.

The project consists of 3 main compositions: 1). Human resource development at both national and sub-national level; 2) Mapping of potential producers, agricultural production areas and potential for agro-industry production; 3) Establishment of information hub for disseminating potential data on potential producers, areas, and agricultural products.

- The Department of Agro-Industry of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has a clear structure and human resources that has a master's degree and Ph.D.'s degree, both internally and internationally, who are both experienced and competent in practice. - The need for skills and technicians other than department staff can occur if project implementation is needed to achieve the objective of the project.
